Billie Boatwright

What makes Carole Wildly Capable?

Billie has poured her time, energy, and wisdom into me and countless others in the OKC metro and worldwide. She is passionate about helping people break free from shame, baggage, and lies that hold them back from their God-given potential. Bold and honest, she speaks truths that are sometimes hard to hear – but always with motherly love, encouragement, and unwavering support.” – JANTZEN MILLER

What does your typical day look like?

Coffee first, a quick glance at the weather, and a few quiet moments start my day. My office is in my house, which allows flexibility. Depending on the day, I balance mentoring, prayer, and work tasks, but I try to remain grounded and present throughout.

What makes you feel proud?

I feel proud when those I mentor outgrow me or when someone calls me “Mama Billie.” Seeing people reach farther than I could have imagined and helping them along the way fills my heart with joy.

What keeps you up at night?

I used to struggle with believing I could fix everyone. Now, when I can’t solve a situation, I pray deeply. I lie awake interceding for people, nations, and situations that only God can handle.

Who is the biggest influence in your life? Why?

God, of course, is my guiding influence. On earth, the young people I mentor influence me most. Their growth, trust, and resilience inspire me continually.

What’s been the biggest obstacle in your life so far?

Being divorced, overcoming a poverty mentality, and accepting that I am God’s child with everlasting love were the hardest obstacles. Each taught me strength, resilience, and faith.

One year from today, how do you hope you’re different?

I hope to be 40 pounds lighter and able to listen and hear more deeply. Personal growth and clarity are ongoing goals for me.

What’s the single biggest problem you’d like to solve in your community?

I aim to help people navigate seemingly impassable challenges, whether loneliness, poverty, or health struggles. Nothing is impossible when guided by faith, support, and determination.

What advice do you wish you could give your younger self? How might it have changed your course?

Trust your gut. If I had listened more carefully to my instincts, I might have avoided unnecessary pain. Yet, every experience has shaped who I am and my capacity to guide and uplift others.
