What does your typical day look like?

Like everyone, I stay busy balancing work, rest, and my connection to God and Spirit. Most days, I spend about four hours online handling emails, business tasks, and social media before focusing on my real work: readings and healings. I pray, center myself spiritually, and write or meet with clients over Zoom to share insights. My days are a rhythm of work and everyday life, switching between online tasks, house chores, and moments outdoors. I often pause to breathe deeply, walk in nature, or talk to the birds. These spirit connections keep me grounded and help my day flow with more ease. On weekends, I host spiritual gatherings and women’s retreats — intense, joy-filled events that require a couple of recovery days afterward. Life is full, but I love it, especially after 35 years in the spirit business. I’ve learned that balance is essential, though not always easy for an empath and people-pleaser. Saying no and caring for myself takes effort, but it’s sacred work.

What makes you feel proud?

I am proud I was the first single woman in my family to buy her own home!

What’s been the biggest obstacle in your life so far?

Balance. Trying to balance my own empathic intuition and living in this 3D world. Balancing how much I give away and how much I keep to nurture myself. Balancing my personal life and my spiritual calling.

One year from today, how do you hope you’re different?

I intend to be teaching more classes, online and in person. I intend to create content on YouTube! OMG I’m actually shy! I intend to grow myself more, take better care of my health, share spirit in small group opportunities, and laugh more.

What advice do you wish you could give your younger self? How might it have changed your course?

Your sensitive nature is your super power. Your deep heart is not a flaw but a connection tool. Surround yourself with people who lift you up and support your growth. If I had done that, I would not have felt so isolated, so different, or like I was broken, not realizing I was blessed especially at a young age.
