What makes you feel proud?

Seeing my kids thrive and pursue life with open hearts and open minds. Being able to beat statistics and pave a way for others to do the same. Having a front row seat as my clients make massive moves to improve the lives of others by stepping into their calling.

What keeps you up at night?

That women who have callings on their heart feel like they are not capable enough or are so burned out that they give up on their highest calling. I am on a mission to help women design businesses that serve their life. I want to see them thrive while living every day with intention.

Who is the biggest influence in your life? Why?

As a single dad of two girls and a business owner himself, my dad is my biggest influence. My dad has always lived with intention, making sure the things he values most in life are the priority. He has shown me how I can be both a great mom and a great business owner. No matter how big or crazy my dreams may seem to others, my dad has always believed, encouraged, and supported me.

What’s been the biggest obstacle in your life so far?

At first, I thought I’d talk about being a teen mom, but really, the hardest thing has been moving on after losing my baby sister. It’s been eight years, but the sadness is still there. Dealing with all the grief, anger, and pain was tough, and I felt alone while trying to be strong for others. But I know my sister would want me to keep going and make the most of each day. It’s interesting how my life as a mom started at 17, the same age my sister’s life ended. Seeing how short life can be has pushed me to help others figure out what’s most important to them and live each day on purpose. I’m using my experience to show people how valuable their time is and encourage them to make the most of it.

One year from today, how do you hope you’re different?

I hope to have grown more as a person, friend, daughter, and leader. I am committed to continuous growth, healing, and diving into how to be the best version of me all while letting go of the worry. I know to trust and lean in but often find myself still in the cycle of worry and needing to know how all the things will play out. So I guess a bit more free from worry.
