What makes Nikki Wildly Capable?

Nikki is a powerful force of a woman. She has a heart of gold and lives to empower other women. She has an innate ability to bring others up and connect women that deserve to know each other. She uses her own life experiences and struggles to ensure other women know they are not alone and provides resources as often as she can. What keeps you up at night?

I survived a nasty divorce during COVID, but I was unaware I was being financially abused. The effects of that abuse still keep me up at night. I don’t want any other woman to be in my position. Knowledge is power.

Who is the biggest influence in your life? Why?

My mother was my biggest influence. She worked so hard to help women feel beautiful, even while she questioned her own worth. I lost her on my daughter’s 20th birthday this year and I hope every woman I help honors my mother.

One year from today, how do you hope you’re different?

I see myself as part of a larger network of women educating other women. I want to be as emotionally intelligent as I am financially intelligent. I want every woman I meet to walk away feeling confident.

What’s been the biggest obstacle in your life so far?

Learning to be financially independent and successful, but still make time for my family. Balance seems like a dirty word to me as a woman.

What’s the single biggest problem you’d like to solve in your community?

Women need networks to help in divorce. Women need healthcare options to feel safe. I believe in always speaking other women’s names in rooms they aren’t in. I believe women have to work so hard to be successful and want to connect women with women to enhance their life experiences. I believe educating women and building tribes is my calling. I am always cheering for you, period.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Raise your daughters to be moguls, not marriage material.
