Meet Victoria Woods
Victoria is an Issue 05 advertiser. The advertisers you’ll meet in Hundred Magazine didn’t simply purchase ad space; they chose to stand with a publication that celebrates substance over spectacle, wisdom over noise, and stories over statistics. They are leaders who build with integrity, inspire with intention, and do business the way they live... with heart.
Their stories are part of this tapestry, too. And we’re proud to share them with you.
What keeps you up at night?
It’s not the markets. It’s not the economy. It’s not even my business, because we’ve built something rock solid at ChappelWood, that’s stood the test of time through the worst of times. What truly keeps me up at night is knowing there are women — super smart, successful, hardworking women — who still feel overwhelmed or unprepared when it comes to their financial futures. I think about the client who says, “I wish I’d known this sooner, Victoria.” That phrase haunts me because it doesn’t have to be that way. That’s why I mentor. That’s why I speak. That’s why I built a firm with a heart for women. So we can change that narrative — one woman, one family, and one legacy at a time.
One year from today, how do you hope you’re different?
My intention is to have even more opportunities to serve even more women, helping them to achieve their financial and business goals. I want to be more intentional with my time, making space for what matters most: faith, health, family, and meaningful impact. I hope I’ve mentored more women into financial confidence and expanded ChappelWood’s reach to empower even more lives. Personally, I want to be stronger physically, spiritually, and financially, so I can continue to lead boldly and live my full life’s purpose and potential. Growth is not accidental, and I plan to lean into it every single day.
What advice do you wish you could give your younger self? How might it have changed your course?
Think bigger, girl! One day, you’ll be a guest during sweeps week on The Today Show, with Ms. Maya Angelou, Paula Deen, and Venus Williams. You’ll share the stage dancing and singing with Miss Patti LaBelle, travel the world, and build a business ranked in the top 2.96% of all female revenue earners. You’ll be an Advisor to a $150 billion wealth management firm, be honored as a Global Top Wealth Advisor in Athens, Greece, and even be named a Greece Ambassador. You’ll lecture on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, be named Business Woman of the Year, and contribute to legislation under President Bill Clinton. And that’s just the highlight reel. So breathe and believe. Because what’s coming? Well, it’s so much bigger than anything you can imagine.
